Antique Art Deco Sapphire & Diamond Ring - Platinum

For sale is a stunning sapphire and diamond ring dating from the 1920s.

This stunning art deco ring is set with and oval cut sapphire in the centre, held in a collet setting with miligrain finish. The sapphire is surrounded by 12 old cut diamonds all set in platinum with art deco geometric design and miligrain finish.

The sapphire weighs approx. 2ct and the diamonds total approx. 1.3ct

The design is typical art deco and the colour of the sapphire is a beautiful rich royal blue.

The setting is raised above a slender platinum band. The hallmark dates the ring to the 1920s.

The ring is size is a T (US 9 3/4) and can easily be re-sized up or down to any size.

This ring sits perfectly flat on the finger and is just a stunning colour and design. Once gone, there won’t be another.
