Win10, Tomahawk B450 Max, Fractal Design R6 Case, Ryzen 3600, GTX 1070, 1TB SSD, 16GB RAM [Read Description!]

So the thing with this PC is, it's running win10 but it doesn't reboot with the proprietary windows apps anymore because I used one or two programs to debloat the OS including Win10Debloater at the time. (likes games, copilot, photo viewer etc, pics/vids have to be opened in either paint which is always loaded after factory restart or 3rd party apps like VLC for videos etc)

USUALLY when you factory reset a PC it's meant to go back to 100% normal which I did once a month for a while but eventually it just reset without a lot of proprietary apps and does that now... Not sure why and if this is a real problem or not, expertise welcome here...

Could probably just reload an OS via USB right? Otherwise everything works perfectly for the moment, I did have some issues not connecting to my monitors but that's because I've no internet for updates.
