About the CPU — silicon lottery winner:
This 5800X is a good one. Stock settings, PBO on Auto (no overclock, no tweaks), and it still scores 655 single-thread / 6587 multi-thread on CPU-Z — that's above the average 5800X in CPU-Z's database, and it beats stock 5800X3D, 5800XT, 5900X, 5900XT, 5950X, and Intel i5-12400/13490F in that bench. Screenshots attached. Pair that with the X570S Carbon Max and you've got a system that still hammers most modern mid-range builds in 2026.
Why I'm selling: moved up to AM5 for my main rig. This was my daily before the upgrade
