Yes, it is brand new with no traces of wear. It was sitting on a shelf in a warehouse. I am not sure what you mean by dead CMOS, but i installed windows on it, stress test it, replaced thermal paste on cpu and the temps are very good. This was produced in 2022 so warranty expired. Also i am not sure why you don`t go ahead and build a 7800x3d with 4070 super for 1400, that seems like a good build.

I see this advertised as brand new, does that mean it's been sitting in a box since you got it? Asking in terms of CMOS being dead and thermal paste dried up considering the build released 4-5 years ago.

Also can only offer this much because this is a bit of an old build at this point. A Ryzen 7 7800xd3 with 4070 super would outperform this at around 1400 if built manually.

Could you share the serial number so I can take a look at Lenovo's website for details and warranty and stuff like that? Cheers!
