The 14" Paiste 2000 Sound Reflections Sound Edge Hi-Hats are one of those slightly overlooked Paiste gems that have developed a cult following among drummers who know the older Swiss-made Paiste lines.
The Sound Edge version features Paiste's patented wavy bottom cymbal design, originally developed for the 2002 series. The rippled edge prevents airlock between the cymbals, giving a stronger chick sound, faster response, and more consistent articulation.
