Have this extremely unique item for sale, that will appeal to any transport collector who remembers the old CIE / Bus Eirean Leylands that had the Detroit Diesel conversions done to them in the mid 1970s

This is the air Intake manifold off a CIE "MG" type bus, and specifically off a Detroit Diesel 6-71 engjne

Anyone who remembers these GM powered Leylands will remember the rumble off them at idle and the unholy scream off them at full throttle as they transported people to all corners of Ireland in the 1970s and 1980s

This is a fairly heavy, cast alloy item that has the Detroit 2-cycle logo on the front of it. You will not find anything like this ever again. Especially off a CIE / Bus Eireann Leyland coach, particularly of this vintage and condition
