Purchased from USMC or Uncle Sam's Military Catalogue in the UK a few years back, it was never used and has remained boxed and carefully stored.
USMC was a French business that sold genuine issue kit of various nationalities as well as branded kit like Camelbak and 5.11 together with its' own high quality Elite range that was focused largely on the home market through the use of French Central European pattern camouflage or French green as in this case.
