Recommended for side sleepers. Has a loop which attaches to luggage with a snap. The J-pillow can also be used for relaxing on the couch, watching TV, as a car neck pillow, and travelling on trains. Lovely soft, soothing fabric in dark blue. Purchased some years ago, very lightly used, clean and in very good condition.
