If sold together they will come with a J frame which they can be mounted to.
They do need locks but can be screwed closed.

Locks can be purchased online cheaply.
Slight flaking of chrome on lids but not bad.
Very clean inside and can be used for gumballs and sweets,including small chocolate eggs.
