Tutti Bambini Malmo cot bed, with changing table on top.
When using as a cot the bed can be placed at 3 different heights. It also converts into toddler bed, and a sofa bed (pics from website showing this added here).

Instructions and all additional parts and screws included.
It will be de-assembled ready for collection.

Can also give two sheets for the mattress.
