2015 Ford transit t350 LWB 2.2 Duratorq engine timing chain

Was driving perfect then all of a sudden wouldn't turn over was told it was an ecu problem.

Got a second hand replacement ECU. Van runs and drives ok but engine not running right since replacement ECU fitted.
Maybe a new ecu will solve the issue But ive too much money invested in the van so wont be putting anymore into it.
