Vintage Great Britain Pre Decimal Penny Coins 1916 to 1967

This listing features a collection of six original British pre-decimal bronze pennies spanning two different twentieth-century royal reigns and historical eras. The lot includes five coins struck under King George V, which consists of a 1916 issue, a 1917 issue, two 1919 issues, and a 1927 issue, alongside a final 1967 issue struck under Queen Elizabeth II during the last massive production run before decimalization. Photos show the iconic seated figure of Britannia with her shield and trident on one side, and the respective monarch's portrait profile on the other. All coins are in circulated condition, ranging from the 1927 piece which displays relatively clean, sharp design lines, to the common 1967 issue with its reddish-brown tone, down to one of the 1919 coins which is heavily damaged with severe green verdigris corrosion and surface pitting across both faces
