Vintage Counterfeit / Replica 1961 South Africa 50 Cents Coin - Curiosity Piece

▪︎ For sale is a Vintage contemporary Counterfeit, Forgery or Movie Prop Coin - Replica of a 1961 South African 50 Cents Coin featuring the iconic Springbok design.

▪︎ Please Note that this is NOT a genuine silver coin. A real silver 1961 50c weighs 28.28g, whereas this piece weighs exactly 17.7 grams, confirming it is struck in a lighter base metal.

▪︎ This makes it a fascinating curiosity piece, historical oddity or a cheap "Space Filler" for a collection until an expensive genuine silver one can be sourced.
