Chollima (Swift Horse):
The winged horse depicted on the coin is a mythical creature in East Asian folklore known as "Chollima" or "Thousand-Mile Horse". In North Korea, the Chollima movement was a state-sponsored campaign aimed at rapid economic development, and the Chollima Statue in Pyongyang is a prominent monument symbolizing this effort.
