The Museu CR7 is a museum dedicated to Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo's trophies. It is located in Ronaldo's birthplace, the city of Funchal on the Portuguese island of Madeira.
The diameter is about 30mm

This token comes in its own hard plastic acrylic protective capsule.
Unfortunately I noted two tiny knocks to the edge of the capsule-as per two last photos.
