▪︎ This is the 2017 " Pride and Passion " 50 Cent Coin , A Commemorative Australian piece that marks two significant milestones for Indigenous Australians. The coin design created in collaboration with Eddie " Kiki " Mabo's Granddaughter Boneta-Marie Mabo features several symbolic elements.

▪︎ Obverse : Features the 4th portrait of Queen Elizabeth II facing right wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland Tiara.
▪︎ Reverse : Features Eddie Mabo's portrait , Commemorating The 25th Anniversary of The 1992 Mabo Decision , which recognised the land rights of the Meriam people. Also The 1967 Referendum , marking it's 50th Anniversary , referenced by the " Right Wrongs , Write Yes For Aborigines " and symbolic flags , the design incorporates both The Torres Straits Islander Flag and The Australian Aboriginal Flag.
