2009 Ireland Central Bank Ploughman Uncirculated Euro20 Gold and Euro10 Silver Coin in Original Presentation Box

2009 Ireland Central Bank Ploughman Uncirculated €20 Gold and €10 Silver Coin in Original Presentation Box. The double coin proof set celebrates the 80th anniversary of the Irish consolidated banknotes commonly known as “Ploughman Banknotes”. The notes were issued from 1929 to 1939. The coin features an excellent modern adaptation of the original design of the ploughman and his horse. Comes in a black velvet presentation box with numbered (4025) certificate of authenticity. The coins were designed by Emmet Mullins.

€20 = Gold .999. Weight: 1.00GR. Diameter 13.92MM.
€10 = Silver .925. Weight: 28.28GR. Diameter: 38.61MM
