Mid-Century Octagonal Coffee Table with Glass Top – 1950s/60s

Vintage mid century coffee table with a glass centre. This piece has been in our family for generations and dates from around the 1950s–60s. Please note this is so old and not perfect. It does have a beautiful octagonal shape with curved legs and a circular inset glass top which is currently stored separately to keep it safe. It can come off. Can be even upcycled.

The table is structurally sound but shows its old age and appropriate wear including marks, scuffs and some fading to the finish. It would come up beautifully with a light sand and refinish if someone wanted to restore it, but it still has plenty of character as it is.

Selling as it’s not practical for our home with a kitten bouncing around. However.. A lovely authentic mid-century piece for anyone who likes vintage furniture. I’ve taken as many photos as possible.
