It has storage storage under table top, and The lift-top function allows you to lift the tabletop towards you, so you can sit in your sofa and eat or use a laptop without having to bend forward. Beneath the tabletop is a hidden storage compartment. The tabletop lifts with a hinge mechanism that locks into place for sturdiness. Simply push the tabletop down into place to close it again. It will close by itself and it has a soft close mechanism.
