@Mcclure971 Not at all. You measure the circumference of your knee using a flexible measuring tape (or a piece of string and measure that with a normal tape measure) then compare it against the sizing chart on the POD website. There are youtube vids that explain it better than I can. You're welcome to try them on if you're around Sligo.
