Vintage Brass Scales of Justice Mid-Century Legal Apothecary Decor

Selling a classic vintage brass "Scales of Justice" balance scale. Features a decorative fluted central column pillar supporting a traditional balance beam with twin hanging brass pans suspended by link chains.

Measures approximately 18.5 inches in total height, with a cross-beam width of 13.5 inches. The hanging brass pans measure roughly 5.5 inches in diameter.

The piece shows a lovely, authentic light patina and mild signs of age throughout. There is a small area of prominent green verdigris oxidation on the back face of the circular base, which is hidden from view when displayed from the front. A great decorative statement piece for a legal office, study, library, or vintage display setup.
