Maker's Mark: The "Philip Harris & Co Ltd (Birmingham & Dublin)" plaque gives it solid provenance as quality scientific apparatus from the early-to-mid 20th century.
Condition Notes: The wooden base shows some light wear and surface marks, but the brass cylinder and maker's ivory/celluloid plaque remain intact and well-preserved.
