Cuckoo music clock Forest Spirits- Vintage East Germany - Very rare Double cuckoo musical

Very rare old East German DDR musical cuckoo clock, in working order but needs small attention.

Vintage Cuckoo clock, in working order having been adapted in past from original battery driven to mechanical music. These are now very rare unusual cuckoo clocks, having a resin like material face featuring mythical forest tree spirits and Owl.
Please study photos for condition.

Clock has been hung on wall to check works,
Video to show working and cuckoo call sounding to the hour number and once for each half hour and Music on the full hour.
On the hour looks as if the music doors opens too early, if so needs adjusting, - hour hand works fine but looks like very end tip pointer broken off in past, a replacement hand if desired can be readily sourced online.

Has been dry stored and not touched for many years, so may need a clean / service / oiling.

Like all old cuckoo clocks you might need to adjust the pendulum when hanging in your final position. The pendulum leaf can be moved up and down to speed up or slow for correct time keeping.(see diagram)

Selling this and other cuckoo clocks for original owner, who was a avid cuckoo clock collector, they are now retired and no longer able to look after all their collection.

This Vintage cuckoo clock was purchased in what was then West Germany around 40 years ago and has been boxed away (when working) since a house move 22 years ago .

Clock approximate dimensions 35cm long X 30cm wide x 15cm depth weighs around 2.75 kg
