Beautiful Rare 19th Century French Napoleon III Oeil de Boeuf Wall Clock..
It features an ebonized blackened wood frame with decorative inlays.
The inlays are made of Mother of Pearl and possibly brass in a "Boulle" style design.
The clock face is white porcelain, with blue Roman numerals.
"Oeil de Boeuf" translates to "bull's eye," referring to the clock's characteristic shape.
