The nylon strings make for a guitar which is best suited to fingerstyle playing, an ideal Classical or Spanish guitar. The guitar also offers a wider fretboard, as well as a thicker neck profile, which helps give sustain and adds a responsive tone. The all-mahogany construction makes for an instrument that is built to last and sounds great, a guitar ideal for seasoned players and those having lessons alike.

Plug-in with a Fishman Preamp

Equipped with Fishman electronics, you can take the Hartwood Villanelle to the stage. With an included 9v battery you can transform your guitar, all you need to do is plug-in and play. You can also achieve perfect tuning with a convenient, inbuilt tuning system. Featured on the side of the guitar you can quickly make adjustments whether you are performing acoustically or amplified, offering easy tuning on the go. Additionally, the Fishman preamp also features controls for contour and phase. This allows you to enhance your sound easily and quickly.
