Classical Guitar Classical Guitar Classical Guitars

Hey there! I've got this beautiful vintage classical guitar from 1980 that I'm looking to rehome. The date is right there inside, September 11th, 1980, to be exact! Even though the label's gone missing (bummer, I know!), I'm pretty sure it's a Yamaha – it has that certain quality about it.
What really makes this guitar special is its back and sides, crafted from gorgeous Brazilian Rosewood. If you know guitars, you know Brazilian Rosewood is famous for its incredible sound – rich, loud, clear, and just brilliantly resonant. Even without knowing the exact model, this wood guarantees an amazing tonal experience.
And get this, it's got that 6-fan bracing inside. It's like the secret handshake of classical guitar making, popularized way back by the legendary Antonio de Torres. Picture this: six delicate wooden struts fanning out from the soundhole, hugging the spruce or cedar top. It’s not just for show; this clever design gives the top the strength it needs for nylon strings while letting the whole thing sing and vibrate freely. The sound? Oh, it's just wonderfully warm, full of resonance, and carries that authentic, dreamy "Spanish" vibe.
It's in good shape and sounds fantastic – really warm and powerful, perfect whether you're just strumming at home or playing for a crowd. "The guitar comes with a hard classical guitar case TGI.
I'm asking €500, but I'm open to chatting if you're a serious buyer. It would be amazing to see it go to someone who will truly appreciate its voice!

Thank you for taking the time to reply. I noticed a mark on the head which could have been a previous screwhole which is why I asked the question. Also, as I'm sure you know, the tuners on a guitar often tell a lot about it. I would love to try it but it is quite a long haul for me so I'll leave it for now. Good luck with the sale.

@Workswelder: No wasn't replaced by me. The guitar is about 46 years old, so they were probably replaced earlier. But who knows, they seem old. If you want to come and try to play it, you are welcome. I also have two other guitars for sale, so you can try them too.

I agree that it could be a Yamaha. The head stock is a lot like some of their guitars, that said, I've seen similar on other makes. The 3 piece neck is not someting I've spotted on Yamaha classical guitars. I've never seen a Yamaha with the date written in it; that is usually encoded in the serial number. Do you think the tuners have been replaced?

"I researched the guitar online but wasn't able to find much information. The person I bought it from mentioned it might be a Yamaha. One thing I know is that it was made on September 11, 1980 – that's the only date I could find for it. The headstock resembles some Yamahas, but that's not conclusive evidence. I bought the guitar because it sounded quite loud and had better clarity than some other guitars I tried. The armrest was already attached when I purchased it. I was curious about its sound. I've had the guitar for three years and am now looking forward to exploring new sounds. You are welcome to come and check it out yourself."

Good afternoon,
In your view what indicates that it a Yamaha and if so which model do you suppose it might be? Is there any evidence of there having been a 3 tuning forks badge on the head? Is there a serial number, possibly on the neck block? Also is the arm rest origonal and have the tuners been replaced? Thanks for your time.
