Factory established in 1958 by S.Nakanishi. He retired in 2005 and one of his apprentices took over production. They produced a lot of stringed instruments and many ukeleles. Top of the range for the American market; also made banjos & mandolins. Made some classical guitars, but not many, which makes them rare.

Very well made guitar, sounds really nice; Also comes with a lined hard-case. Nice rare classical at a good price. Excellent condition.
