Have this old Christmas tree from Argos that I’m not using anymore. The tree has integrated lights as the photos show. These lights don’t have adjustable settings - just plug in to switch on and plug out to switch off.

The tree is not the sturdiest one you’ll find, in part due to the base being uneven, but also because the links between the sections are a little looser. As a result, the tree can wobble or tilt a little when decorated, so some adjusting will be needed to get it to stand neatly. Using a better base would more than likely help with this.
