This book gives really interesting insights into the development and care of infants and children as part of the growing and evolving knowledge of the early 20th century. Some ideas such as the harm tight shoes can do to children’s feet were way ahead of their time and sadly largely ignored by the majority for decades. This is a rare book with some age related characteristics such as minor cover scuff and browning. There is one small tear on page ix.
