Blanket Box - faux wooden chest - please read description
Free to a quick collection from near the Coombe Hospital - need it gone by the end of the weekend.
This is a sliding drawer chest, only 2-3 years old, but it is NOT in perfect condition. Which is why it's free.
Maybe someone could fix it up.
1) There's a nick in the drawer rail mechanism, which means there's a knack to sliding it in and out; which is a bit of a pain in the arse, but a handy person could probably fix
2) the plywood sheets at the bottom and back are sagging and likely need to be replaced. This could have been caused by damp, but the MDF frame itself is still solid
As is, it's still more than capable as a bench (stick a cushion on top!) but it's mainly the storage side of things that needs work.
