1940's Walnut Chest of Drawers
For sale here is a recently restored 1940’s Walnut veneer Chest of Drawers.
Fine clean lines, and that distinctive “flame” or “burl” grain pattern on the front elevation of the drawers.
Design characteristics emanate from the Art Deco period, or early mid century modern furniture.
The hardware handles, are of a filigree or floral design - typical of the period concerned.
Dovetail joints are present, indicating quality craftsmanship.
