Fògher Professional Smoker 450 vertical charcoal smoker.

Made in Italy by Fògher (Deimos s.r.l., Borgo Valbelluna) — the same range sold through ProQ in the UK and specified into high-end outdoor kitchens.

Approximately 2 years old and very lightly used — I've smoked on it a handful of times. Selling only because I use my Kamado for everything and this deserves someone who'll actually fire it up.

Condition: excellent structurally. Normal light soot and seasoning inside as you'd expect, some surface marking on the door frame — all shown honestly in the photos. No dents, no burn-through..

Manual comes as a PDF. It's a straightforward vertical charcoal smoker — firebox below, food above, two vents.
