Pull out shelf is very handy for nappy storage, we just bought some baskets on Amazon that fit as seen in the photo. These are not included in the sale

Extension provided as well as seen in the IKEA photos. This extension can be used as a shelf instead. We never used the extension as a changing mat fit on top of the cupboard sideways.
