For sale is a beautiful Antique French Provincial side chair, likely late 19th or early 20th century. Crafted from solid fruitwood, it features stunning honey-toned graining and characteristic "bobbin" (spool) turned legs, uprights, and stretchers.
The chair boasts decorative hand-carved horizontal splats and elegant finials, making it a perfect accent piece for a hallway, bedroom, or as a desk chair.
Condition:
• Frame: The fruitwood frame is structurally sound and has a wonderful aged patina.
• Seat: The traditional woven rush seat is original. Please note there is some minor wear and fraying to the center of the seat (as seen in photos).
