Antique Victorian Era Parlor Chair

Victorian era balloon back parlor chair, probably late 19th century, upholstered in pale pink damask original material. Original braiding coming away at back of chair but still present and could either be repaired as is, or new braiding repair could be made! Could be a re upholstery project and re do whole chair upholstery or could be left as is with original upholstery as original material is still good as is!Excellent padding still present and chair very comfortable to sit on. Please note photo of back right leg which shows a repair has previously been made to split chair leg, this repair was made to chair 60 years ago and has held thus far! Original castors have been removed hence holes underside of each chair leg as made chairs steadier when utilising.
Sturdy chair, they don’t make chairs to last such as this anymore! Thanks for looking! Could make a pretty statement piece!
