For sale here is a Vintage Set of Six Brown and White Fair Winds, Historical Scenes of Chinese Export to America - “The George Washington at Anchor" Salad Plates by Alfred Meakin, Staffordshire measuring 8 inches/20 cm in diameter.

Suitable for daily or special occasion use, wall hanging, or kitchen dresser display. I will have matching other plates available, if you are building a collection of this series of plates.

The six plates are in very good condition with no chips, cracks, crazing. Some of the plates are slightly different shades of Brown, as this collection was probably built up over time.
These are salad plates 8 inches/20 cm in diameter.

The design on this plate features at the centre, the tall ship “The George Washington at Anchor”.
Around the edge of the plate are four surrounding border vignettes of U.S. Delaware Capturing Le Croyable, Inspecting the Pots Canton, Wall Street Docks New York, and the Great Seal of the United States, E Pluribus Unum.

Price is for the six plates as a set, and I would prefer to sell as a set.
