Vintage Retro Kitsch Tourist Ware Pin Dish by The West Highland Pottery Co. Ltd, Dunoon, Argyllshire, Scotland.

My Covid Clearout continues apace and I have some small random pieces that now need to go!

Here is a piece of vintage kitsch retro-chic majolica Tourist Ware from Scotland, made by the West Highland Pottery Co. Ltd, Dunoon, Argyllshire, Scotland. It's a lovely little trinket or pin dish, triangular in shape with a raised thistle motif in the centre and glazed in a lovely warm honey glaze, with the motif being in green and purple.

The dish is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks or damage to the glaze. It's roughly 4.25/ 11 cm in diameter. The printed backstamp says -Made in Scotland by West Highland Pottery Co Ltd Dunoon Argyll.

A lovely piece for any collectors of Scottish Tourist ware, or Tourist ware in general, a nice starter piece for a new collection also.
