Vintage Italian Capodimonte style pierced porcelain table lamp, likely produced around the mid-20th century (circa 1950s). Italy.
Lamp Shade is not included.
Style: It features a distinct Rococo Revival / Baroque aesthetic. This style is well known for its highly detailed, ornate relief work and vibrant color palettes.
• Reticulation (Pierced Design): The body is crafted with ajour or open-cut decorative punctures (the scrollwork windows), designed to let light peek through if illuminated internally, or to add structural dimension to the base.
• Gilding and Painted Motifs: The porcelain features hand-painted floral panels, green and pink flourishes, and elegant 24k gold leaf gilt accents framing the borders and relief contours.
