Vintage Poole ‘Aegean’ Pottery Hand Painted earthenware Plate. 1960/1970’s design. Shape 91, With it’s striking Poole pottery teardrop shape belonging to the Aegean design series. This muted, textured brown, Orange & yellow coloured background has quite a dramatic tribal floral style pattern in dark brown/black showing an Aztec/Incan influence. Wonderful piece of vintage Poole pottery to own and would be equally at home as a wall display piece or as a statement piece of ceramics on a coffee table or for use to serve food as tableware.
Dimensions => 11 3/4" long, 7 3/4" wide and 1 1/4" high.
The beautiful ceramic piece has no chipping, cracks or crazing & is in very good condition with minimal surface wear
