Vintage Liberty blue cabinet plate
This is a gorgeous vintage Ironstone plate, made by Liberty Blue from Staffordshire, England.
Titled “independence Hall” These were part of a series made to celebrate the American bicentennial in 1976 and were all made in England. All feature different scenes from the American Revolution!
Independence Hall is a historic civic building in Philadelphia, where both the United States Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution were debated and adopted by America's Founding Fathers. The structure forms the centerpiece of the Independence National Historical Park.
The back of the plate says Original copper engravings of historic colonial scenes printed on Staffordshire ironstone.
In very good vintage condition minor wear from age.
