Vintage Japanese Kutani Eggshell Porcelain Tea Set

For sale is this beautiful, vintage Kutani Japanese eggshell porcelain tea set featuring a hand-painted landscape decoration with Mount Fuji and elegant gold trim. A wonderful collector's item featuring the hidden Geisha lithophane ("Geisha Girl") image visible at the bottom of the cups when held against the light.

The set includes:
- 4 complete Trio Sets (4 Cups + 4 Saucers + 4 Side/Dessert plates)
- 1 extra Cup & Saucer set (The cup with the crack mentioned below)
- 1 Sugar bowl with lid
- 1 Cream / Milk jug

One cup is fully cracked across the body and base, as shown in the detailed photo. It is still suitable for display but not for use. There is some vintage wear to the gold gilding on several handles and edges, which is typical for its age.Otherwise, the remaining pieces are in good vintage condition with no other chips or cracks.
