Vintage Arklow Pottery Cake Display Plate in the Popular Swan Lake Pattern

I am continuing my effort to downsize as unfortunately we will have to move all our belongings into temporary storage due to builders carrying out major remediation works to our brand new home.

I’m downsizing my Arklow Pottery collection next, and only plan on keeping a couple of patterns. I have a number of odds and ends and single plates that are now surplus to requirements.

For sale here is a Vintage Arklow Pottery Cake Display Plate in the Popular Swan Lake Pattern

It is the large smooth/rounded Cake Display Plate from a 21 piece teaset, the piece that is often missing, and sometimes replaced by a dinner plate, but this is the real deal.

It is in good vintage condition with no chips, cracks but does have some crazing and gilt loss from the inner ring of gilt and the rim of gilt at the edge. Check the photos for the condition and the respective backstamp.

The Plate measures 9 inches/ 23cm in diameter.
