Antique Chinese tea set of six cups, saucers and side plates. Made of porcelain, featuring an orange and white color scheme with a gold rim and a decorative design, possibly a phoenix or similar motif, and marked "MADE IN CHINA" on the base.
Tea cups made of fine porcelain, like this one, were a luxury in Europe and China, often used for tea ceremonies or daily tea drinking.
This set was made between the 1950s and 1970s.
