This vintage ceramic teapot and matching warmer base (theelicht) were handcrafted by the Dutch studio potter Adrie Moerings (1939–2010)

It has been in the family for years but really should shine and be used!!!

Based in Gouda, Moerings was a prominent figure in the Dutch ceramics world, known for his "handgedraaid" (hand-thrown) pottery featuring distinctive multi-colored matte glazes.
