Quantock Pottery, or Quantock Design as it was then, was established by Rodney Billington over thirty years ago in an old chapel on the Quantock hills in the small village of West Bagborough.

The Quantock Pottery, formerly at West Bagborough and Simonsbath, relocated to Wellington, Somerset and was then run by Nick and Sandy Goldsmith, former employees of the pottery.

They produced a wide ranging selection from oven to tableware casseroles, lamps, vases, storage jars and frost proof garden planters, etc. A notice on their website dated May 2012 states that the Quantock Pottery showroom had closed to the public and that, consequently, they have ceased manufacture
