Paolo Chiari Designer Cat Wine stopper
Found in a basket in the woods in the late 1950s, Paolo Chiari was raised by adoptive parents, Skilled modeler from an early age. Sculptor and model maker, he was one of the first to introduce Fantasy subjects into the gift item market. He has been working since 1978 creating characters. He teaches at the Nemo school (Academy of Digital Arts in Florence).
This wine cork stopper in the shape of a cat has the Paolo Chiari stamp on it’s rear. It is an art piece and the colouring reflects this. It is a funky object and in great condition.
