Mid century Strehla Keramik fat lava vase
Vintage VEB Strehla Keramik vase from the 1960s or 1970s.It features a distinctive "Fat Lava" textured glaze with a metallic brown and cream colour scheme. The design includes stylized, repeating oval impressions around the main body of the vase giving it a brutalist, textured look.
The bottom features digits 4201 and The Gold Foil signature Strehla logo with text „Made in GDR" (German Democratic Republic).
Excellent vintage condition with just one small chip on the bottom of the piece as shown on last photo. Height 21cm.
