Lovely Vintage Retro 70's Jade Green Ceramic Posy Vase Made by St. Michael's House in Dublin

I am continuing my effort to downsize as unfortunately we will have to move all our belongings into temporary storage due to builders carrying out major remediation works to our brand new home.
I’m trying to minimize the pain by reducing the amount of packing required to be done!

I’ve quite a few eclectic items of décor which I am currently displaying, and using and they bring me joy, but as everything has to go back into storage again, some things needs to go!!!

Latest on the chopping block are some Irish Pottery items by different makers.

For sale here is a Lovely Vintage Retro 70's Jade Green Ceramic Posy Vase Made by St. Michael's House in Dublin.

It is rare to find vintage ceramics from St. Michael's House for sale especially in this colourway, only a few examples online.

The pattern is inspired by the Book Of Kells and it is a lovely example of 1970's design.

The posy vase stands roughly 10 cm/ 4 inches tall and is 8 cm/3 inches at its widest point.
It is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips or discolouration. The glaze has a lovely, mottled lava affect at the mouth of the vase and highlights the celtic design beautifully.

A lovely addition to an existing collection of 1970's ceramics, and Irish made too!
A reasonably priced starter item for a new collector.
