Lovely Vintage Hand-Painted Teapot Made by Terra Turn - Teplitz: TTT, Czechoslovakia.

I am continuing my effort to downsize as unfortunately we will have to move all our belongings into temporary storage due to builders carrying out major remediation works to our brand new home.
I’m trying to minimize the pain by reducing the amount of packing required to be done!

I still have the odd teapot and teaset that is surplus t requirements and I will be photographing them and listing them in the coming weeks.

For Sale here is a Lovely Vintage Hand-Painted Teapot Made by Terra Turn – Teplitz, TTT, Czechoslovakia.

Although this company is around since the 1920’s, I think, this teapot is a more modern example, possibly from about the 1980’s. It’s a simple shape, quite large and has lovely hand painted blooms front and back in blue, orange, red and yellow, with red hand painted banding.

This teapot is good vintage condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, but with some minimal lose of paint loss and a hairline on the underside of the lid. It stands about 6 inches/15 cm tall, and holds at least 1.5 pints/900 mls of tea.

Perfect for use for that special afternoon tea, and would also look stunning on display.

I also have for sale a Vintage Part Teaset/Coffee Set for Four by R H & S L Plant Tuscan Bone China in a Fabulous Multicoloured Handpainted Floral Pattern, although not the same maker and much older, compliments this teapot, see the last couple of photos.
