Punch bowl produced in Limoges France as a reproduction of a historical bowl in the Reeves Collection at Washington & Lee University.
The bowl is a well made piece of porcelain and featues side panels espousing "Always Ready in a Good Cause" and "Justice Sans Pitie" under the banner "Arms of Liberty".
The center is decorated with a fruit and flower motif.
In good condition - no cracks, chips or scratches.
